Dikran Iskenderian is the eldest of the 4 brothers that currently own and operate the Zankou Chicken Brand of 8 restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the company and is the Director of Marketing. His responsibilities include menu design and creation, web site creation and implementation with annual improvements on design and functionality, and mont to month advertising and marketing. The marketing that he is in charge with varies from Billboard ads to Social Media to video and photo and other medium.

Expertise

In fostering increased sales at the Point of Sale using the fusion of visual elements
(the physical menu board he created), proper menu design, and easy upwell
geared and designed from the ground up to make it easier for the customer to
purchase more. This is all done with the team’s active participation and imagination

Hobbies & Passion

Dikran is an avid photographer with over 40,000
shots taken under his belt. He’s been involved
with other brands and companies including
those in the Fashion and Marketing industries. His
other hobbies include drawing and painting, art
collecting, and graphic design. He has written two
bestselling books: Success Today with Brian Tracy and
Restaurant Marketing: The Secret is in the Sauce.
He is currently working on 2 books, the latest of
which is based upon his restaurant marketing
strategies. Both are due by the end of next year.
